I am a Ripon College Professor Emeritus of Mathematics and Computer Science, having taught there for 45 years.

I am interested in seeing how much of nature can be captured by randomness. I created these pieces by writing code for a computer program that generates an image when it runs. This process allows me to use randomness, for example, in the size, color, or position of, say, leaves. The programs are written in the language Processing. Each image represents one among almost infinitely many possible outputs from the program. In some cases the images are actually embedded p5.js sketches, that can be redrawn by clicking on them.
